One of the biggest scandals to cast its shadow over Wilkes-Barre, PA involved the "kids for cash" allegations against two Luzerne County judges. 

Not only did Mark's photos appear in dozens of news outlets across the country, but a picture of Mark himself taking photos of one of the accused judges appeared in the April 13, 2009 issue of people magazine!  See below for the full story.
