Mark Moran is the Chief Photographer at the Citizens' Voice Newspaper in Wilkes-Barre, PA.  Previously, he worked at the Sunday Independent and the Dallas Post.  He received an AAS in Journalism from Luzerne County Community College.  

His work is regularly featured on the front page of newspapers nationwide via Associated Press newswire distribution, and he has won the following awards:
