As Senior Communications Representative for a nationwide insurance company, I specialize in content readability - making insurance documents easier to read and understand. I also head the company's internal employee website, creating content to inform, engage, and motivate employees.
I enjoy every facet of writing - the blank screen that offers a world of possibility as you type the first few lines, the search for the perfect adjective to make that sentence pop, or the thrill of finding a better turn of phrase you might not have considered if you hadn't proofread your work that final time.
